The Path to Conscious Healing, LLC (PCH) was founded in 2023 with the intention of building a clinician-centered psychotherapy practice grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally inclusive care. I value clinician autonomy, authenticity, and compassion, and I believe therapists do their best work when they are trusted to use their professional judgment, manage their schedules responsibly, and show up as mindful, competent professionals. I'm committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and relationally-attuned workplace where clinicians feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow over time.
